Going to bed feeling mom guilt that you didn’t play with your kids enough is hard; planning activities for quality time is hard- choose your hard.
Eating healthy is hard; feeling unhappy in your body is hard- choose your hard.
Constantly tidying up your house is hard; living in clutter is hard- choose your hard.
These days I’m making a conscious effort to choose my hard. The days are going to pass no matter what- I want to fill them with things that bring me joy and my family happiness and memories.
